\u3010\u82f1Br.\u3011armour<br \/>\n\u25cf\u5200 sword<br \/>\n\u25cf\u9bc9 carp<br \/>\n\u25cf\u83d6\u84b2 iris<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/?attachment_id=2043\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2043\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2043\" src=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi06.jpg 250w, https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi06-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u25c65\u67085\u65e5\u306f\u304b\u3064\u3066\u7aef\u5348\u306e\u7bc0\u53e5\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u3001\u7537\u306e\u5b50\u306e\u5f37\u304f\u5065\u3084\u304b\u306a\u6210\u9577\u3092\u7948\u9858\u3057\u3066\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u884c\u4e8b\u304c\u884c\u308f\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br \/>\nMay 5th used to be called Tango-no-sekku, and on this day people prayed that their boys would become strong and healthy, and held various events.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c61948\u5e74\uff08\u662d\u548c23\u5e74\uff09\u306b5\u67085\u65e5\u306f\u56fd\u6c11\u306e\u795d\u65e5\u306e\u3053\u3069\u3082\u306e\u65e5\u3068\u306a\u308a\u3001\u4eca\u3067\u306f\u516c\u5f0f\u306b\u7537\u5973\u4e21\u65b9\u306e\u6210\u9577\u3092\u795d\u3046\u65e5\u3067\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nIn 1948 (Showa 23rd yr), May 5th was designated as a national holiday, Kodomo-no-hi, Children\u2019s Day, for the official celebration of both boys\u2019 and girls\u2019 growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u73fe\u5728\u3067\u3082\u5404\u5bb6\u5ead\u3067\u306f\u30013\u67083\u65e5\u304c\u5973\u306e\u5b50\u306e\u7bc0\u53e5\u3067\u3042\u308b\u306e\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u30015\u67085\u65e5\u306f\u7537\u306e\u5b50\u306e\u7bc0\u53e5\u3068\u3057\u3066\u795d\u308f\u308c\u3001\u7279\u306b\u521d\u7bc0\u53e5\u306f\u76db\u5927\u306b\u884c\u308f\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nHowever, at home, May 5th is still considered to be a holiday for boys, and especially the first Tango-no-sekku is gorgeously celebrated; and on the other hand, girls\u2019 celebration is held on May 3rd.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u3053\u3069\u3082\u306e\u65e5\u306e\u8da3\u65e8\u306f\u300c\u3053\u3069\u3082\u306e\u4eba\u683c\u3092\u91cd\u3093\u3058\u3001\u3053\u3069\u3082\u306e\u5e78\u798f\u3092\u306f\u304b\u308b\u3068\u3068\u3082\u306b\u3001\u6bcd\u306b\u611f\u8b1d\u3059\u308b\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nThe purpose of Kodomo-no-hi is \u201cto value the personalities of children, to consider their happiness, and to thank their mothers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/?attachment_id=2042\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2042\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2042\" src=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi05.jpg 250w, https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi05-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u5bb6\u306e\u4e2d\u306b\u5f37\u3055\u306e\u8c61\u5fb4\u3067\u3042\u308b\u304b\u3076\u3068\u306e\u98fe\u308a\u3084\u6b66\u8005\u4eba\u5f62\u3001\u307e\u305f\u306f\u91d1\u592a\u90ce\uff08\u602a\u529b\u3001\u5f37\u5065\u3067\u3001\u6210\u9577\u5f8c\u306b\u51fa\u4e16\u3057\u305f\u5b50\u4f9b\uff09\u3084\u6b66\u8535\u574a\u5f01\u6176\uff08\u602a\u529b\u7121\u53cc\u3067\u5fe0\u7fa9\u306b\u7be4\u3044\u50e7\u5175\uff09\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u4e94\u6708\u4eba\u5f62\u3092\u98fe\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nA decorative warrior&#8217;s helmet and a warrior doll or gogatsu-ningyo (literally \u201cMay doll\u201d) of Kintaro (a very healthy boy with superhuman powers, who was promoted when growing up) or Musashibo Benkei (a loyal warrior monk with unrivaled physical strength) are displayed in the house as the symbol of strength.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u5c4b\u5916\u306b\u306f\u9bc9\u306e\u5f62\u3092\u3057\u305f\u8272\u9bae\u3084\u304b\u306a\u5439\u6d41\u3057\u3001\u9bc9\u306e\u307c\u308a\u3092\u9577\u3044\u7af9\u7aff\u306b\u4ed8\u3051\u3066\u7acb\u3066\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nOutdoors, Koi-nobori, carp-shaped colorful streamers are attached to a tall bamboo pole.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u4e2d\u56fd\u306b\u306f\u9bc9\u306f\u9ec4\u6cb3\u3092\u3055\u304b\u306e\u307c\u308a\u7adc\u306b\u306a\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u4f1d\u8aac\u304c\u3042\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3001\u9bc9\u306f\u5f37\u3055\u3068\u51fa\u4e16\u306e\u8c61\u5fb4\u3068\u8003\u3048\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nAccording to a Chinese legend, carp swim up the Yellow River and then turn into dragons; therefore, carp have become a symbol of strength and success.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/?attachment_id=2041\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2041\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2041\" src=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi04.jpg 250w, https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi04-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u4f1d\u7d71\u7684\u306b\u3053\u3069\u3082\u306e\u65e5\u306b\u306f\u3061\u307e\u304d\u3084\u67cf\u9905\u306a\u3069\u306e\u548c\u83d3\u5b50\u3092\u98df\u3079\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nJapanese sweets, chimaki and kashiwa-mochi are traditionally eaten on Kodomo-no-hi.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u3061\u307e\u304d\u306f\u7af9\u306e\u8449\u3067\u5305\u307f\u3001\u30a4\u8349\u3067\u7e1b\u3063\u305f\u84b8\u3057\u9905\u3067\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nThe chimaki is a steamed rice cake wrapped in bamboo leaves and bound with igusa (Japanese soft rushes).<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u67cf\u9905\u306f\u9905\u306b\u6f09\u3057\u9921\u3001\u7c92\u9921\u3001\u5473\u564c\u9921\u306a\u3069\u3092\u5165\u308c\u3001\u67cf\u306e\u8449\u3067\u5305\u3093\u3060\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nKashiwa-mochi is a rice cake stuffed with sweet bean paste and wrapped in an oak leaf.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u67cf\u9905\u306e\u8d77\u6e90\u306f\u6c5f\u6238\u6642\u4ee3\uff081603\uff0d1867\uff09\u4e2d\u671f\u3067\u3001\u67cf\u306e\u8449\u306f\u8449\u5b88\u306e\u795e\uff08\u306f\u3082\u308a\u306e\u304b\u307f\uff09\u304c\u5bbf\u308b\u3068\u3055\u308c\u3001\u67cf\u306e\u6728\u306f\u65b0\u82bd\u304c\u51fa\u3066\u304b\u3089\u53e4\u3044\u8449\u304c\u843d\u3061\u308b\u305f\u3081\u5b50\u5b6b\u7e41\u6804\u306b\u7e01\u8d77\u304c\u826f\u3044\u3068\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nKashiwa-mochi originated in the middle of the Edo period (1603-1867), and Hamori-no-kami (a leaf-protect god) is believed to live on a leaf of Kashiwa (oak), and it is considered to be a lucky tree for prosperity of descendants because old oak leaves fall after new buds come out.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/?attachment_id=2039\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2039\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2039\" src=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi02.jpg 250w, https:\/\/azuregns.com\/year\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/kodomonohi02-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u7aef\u5348\u306e\u7bc0\u53e5\u306f\u83d6\u84b2\u306e\u7bc0\u53e5\u3068\u3082\u547c\u3070\u308c\u30015\u6708\u306b\u54b2\u304f\u83d6\u84b2\u306f\u3053\u3069\u3082\u306e\u65e5\u3092\u8c61\u5fb4\u3059\u308b\u82b1\u3067\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nTango-no-sekku is also called Shobu-no-sekku, a Festival of Irises, which are in bloom in May, and an iris is considered to be a symbol flower of Children\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u6b66\u58eb\u306e\u6642\u4ee3\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u938c\u5009\u6642\u4ee3\u3001\u6f22\u5b57\u306f\u7570\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u83d6\u84b2\u306f\u300c\u5c1a\u6b66\u300d\u3084\u300c\u52dd\u8ca0\u300d\u3068\u540c\u3058\u8aad\u307f\u65b9\u3092\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u597d\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br \/>\nIn the Kamakura Period, a warrior\u2019s age, shobu (iris) was appreciated because shobu also meant \u201cmartial spirit\u201d and \u201cfight\u201d due to differences of Kanji characters (Chinese characters).<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6\u305d\u3057\u3066\u7d30\u9577\u3044\u8449\u306f\u6b66\u58eb\u306e\u5200\u306e\u5f62\u306b\u4f3c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u305f\u3081\u3001\u7537\u5b50\u3092\u5b88\u308b\u3068\u8003\u3048\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br \/>\nTheir linear leaves are similar to the shape of a warrior&#8217;s sword;
